recieved call from this number around noon Eastern Daylight Time. I ignored it, then called back. Female American voice explaining the office is now closed, please call back between 8 - 4 pm Pacific time Monday Through Friday.
856 is a New Jersey Phone number area code and would not normally have office hours for a Pacific time zone.

the caller voice seemed to be druggist. very rude and bad attitude. was asking about my car details. hard to understand the accent. seemed to be black sluggish voice.
on asking over and over again where is he calling from, just hanged up with bad comment.
i tried calling back and just got a voice mail "office is closed right now, please call..............."
definitely be aware of spammers.
i think governmental authorities should immediately look into it and take some action.
