They may be an investigative company that was hired by an insurance company. Being an ex-employee of one, personal services is how they usually describe themselves to the public. Using just initials for their company is another way to hide from the outside world. If you have an insurance claim, be wary of any call from TRO and start looking behind you when you are out!!
