This number was an automatic notification from America's Best Contacts letting me know my glasses were ready.

America's Best Contacts if you've placed an order and your order is in.  It is an automatic recording and if you have a long voicemail introduction, you will miss most of what they are saying since the recording starts as soon as your voicemail picks up.

It's a telemarketer. They left a voice mail asking me to visit their website. I dont wear contacts and dont know how they got my number.
