I a text from this at 5:45ish AM saying something about winning something...but I didn't finish reading it, just deleted it right away.

Text @ 4:00 pm. "Apple is looking for people to test the new iPad3!. But only the 1st 1000 users that go to http://wantipad3.me and enter code BETA to receive it". 2nd time in as many days that I'm getting odd messages. The other one was from "Wal Mart". How is this not illegal yet?
