Who called from 8568404700

I want this number to stop me and don't how! The other day this number called 15 times and message! I think if you call someone that many times you would leave a message.

the same with me they have called 7 times today on my cell phone when answered no one says anything, nor will they leave a message.  how do we stop it???

I finally answered and said stop __________calling me.
I've not received any more calls....thank goodness!!

these started after I gave my  cell number to Dell
