Been getting calls from this number.  No message left.  I answered today and some perky gal names Elizabeth started her spiel about being from a Prize Company.  I told her to never call my number again.  She kept blabbing.  I hung up on her.  Called number back a minute later and got a few tones and then a message that said "This Number Is No Longer In Service".  I have seen this with other local numbers that call me.  How do they do this?  How can they call from a number that is no longer in service?  These people are getting more hideous by the day.
