We set up a first time pull after you fully understand the program and contract. We do NOT have any hidden fees at all. If your debt is like the gentleman who thinks we were trying to scam him, this is what you would be looking at in payments @ 0%... FYI: maybe when you called someone were trying to pick up the phone to dial so please do not say we answer the phone that way there could be plenty of reasons.

A man claimed to be able to reduce my credit card debt almost in half. Said he worked for Lifeguard Credit Defense, a BBB debt company. Told me to check their website at lgf101.com, which is a BBB company but does not have the name Lifeguard Credit Defense or the phone number he gave me. When I called him back, he insisted on calling me right back and that was a red flag. It sounded legitimate before that. When I called the number again a few minutes later, a man answered with just, hello?, then would not tell what the business name was. He said it was a business though and acted very unprofessional. To make a long story short, if I had trusted him I would have been writing him a check for over $10,000 in 8 weeks to pay off $20,000 in debt.

Life Gaurd is a scam!! They call you up, misrepresent that they are calling on behalf of your creditors with a settlement offer and if you do not except it they will proceed with legal action. THEY DO NOT REPRESENT CREDIT CARD COMPANIES! They have only been doing debt settlement for 18 months. If you look them up on the BBB they have themselves listed as debt counseling and related services NOT debt sttlement. Their rating which is now a B+ is as a result of the mortgage company they once were. If they had their name registered with the BBB as a debt settlement company their rationg would be far from a B+. Credit card companies will settle your delinquent credit cards for 20 or 30 cents on the dollar.
