They called me and knew my name and phone number. After the female operator asked a few generic questions like "What is your zipcode", I gave it to her and then she asked for my exact address but wouldn't tell me why she needed it or why she was calling. When I said that I was leary and it sounded like a scam, she hung up. Right now in our area it is on the news that people with stolen credit cards are having high dollar electronics sent to someones house and then ask them to ship it to Russia with a promise of reimbursing them. Coincidence? If so, why all the secrecy?????
I received a call from this number at 6:30pm this evening. It was a political survey. They were asking questions about whom I would vote for if the presidential election were today (I answered BARRACK OBAMA with NO hesitation). They went on to ask a lot of questions about the local canditates running for congress (Joe Garcia & Mario Diaz-Balart). They seemed VERY partial to the republican candidate, Diaz-Balart. The call lasted about 3-4 minutes and the gentlement asking the questions was very nice.
