She said she was from Verizon, something about needing to speak to the owner about getting a discount on our next months bill. I said to her, if you were truly from Verizon our account does in fact show who you should be calling and then she said "Oh I'm sorry, I'm not with Verizon...." and then I quickly said "well then I'm hanging up on you" CLICK!
First call was around 11 am, answered as a business and they hung up without saying a word, like all those other weirdo companies who hang up without saying a word when we answer as a business. Later around 2 pm they called again, "friendly" female stating that she is calling about our Verizon account. Total baloney, Verizon wouldn't call us and we would never do business with a company that makes false pretenses about who they are and why they are calling. It is such a waste of our time.
