Don't you just love when either a company or a person calls, and when you answer the phone, they hang up on you like there is nothing to it??
Then when you call the number back, it is not even a number that existss!?!? I got the error after dialing the 956 895 0222 number, listening to what seems to be a FAST pick up and then hang up, then a ring with a recording saying... "If youd like to make a call, please hang up and try your call again, To1T 22".
What kind of BS is this anyways!? Do they make you call back to see if someone really owns the number, then sells the names to companies or something!? WTH is wrong with this world!? And the phone company tells me to use call blocking, which will cost money to block the call, so they use a different number, and do the same darn thing!? Like I said... WTH is wrong with people in this world now!?!?
I just got a phone call from 856-895-0222. They claimed to be calling about my Duquesne Light account. I said, "That makes this a very interesting phone call since we do not have Duquesne Light." She said, "That is a very interesting lead. Thank you." and hung up.
Duquesne Light services most areas near me but not where we live. Obviously a scam.
They call you to see if that number is real. If you answer, then they know the number is real. After they do that, they sell it to telemarketers. The machines dial xxx-yyy-0001 then xxx-yyy-0002 and so on.
This number calls my house continually an hangs up if we answer fit is unnecessary and a very stressful form of harassment for my 90+ year old mother with dimentia. There aught to be a law against this...
Legitimate companies would NEVER tolerate such behavior from an employee. So what does that tell you about these people? If they call again, JUST HANG UP, don't give them ANY information!
