I didn't know who to report this to. I just received a phone call from "J Williams" at 8568966588 threatening me with jail time for an unpaid bills. The person who called was middle eastern. She left a message that I still have. I called her back on the number she left for me 16107336639 and a middle eastern man answered. I told him if he wasn't willing to send me information then I knew this was scam. I hung up and he then called me back from 513284684. This number is obviously missing digits and I can't call it back. He called about 5 times in a row and then I finally answered. He then called me a stupid American and told me he loves scamming Americans then he threatened to rape me and told me he was a terrorist and hates Americans. What am I supposed to do??? I don't deserve to be threatened like this! Can you offer any advice.

1. summoned/investigated/charged/whatever with fraud/embezzlement/passing_bad_checks/whatever or
2. served with a court_summons/arrest_warrant/bench_warrant/whatever or
3. located in preparation to_being_served/for_a_lawsuit/to_be_arrested/whatever or
4. sued for cable TV usage that you've been stealing for years or
5. whatever stupid crap reasons they will think up next.
And you have to...
1. call back with your case number or
2. confirm your address/birthdate/SSN/whatever so you can be served or your papers processed or
3. pay $895 now to avoid paying $5,000 in court or
4. whatever stupid crap reasons they will think up next.

Indeed, I received a call from Kevin Marsh regarding an unpaid Cash Advance or Title Loan (possible some truth in it because I did indeed receive an unsolicited $300 from Anastazi Group in Dec 2012, who kindly reversed and debited out the unwanted $300 the next day). I never ascertained if this was the plaintiff, since when I asked the name of the plaintiff, Kevin (Middle Eastern/IndoPak accent) descended into unintelliglble english, and then called me a dirty name ("mf") before hanging up. I called back and was transferred to him, but again sadly he hung up. Now I must wait to see if I am to be picked up by a bounty hunter and hustled off from IL to PA to stand trial. I shall pray for Kevin, and if I reach him again I shall suggest he obtain less stressful work.
