This is the phone number in an email we received from the famous "Mike Sidney of Alap Contractors" who has been asking around for pumps - but this time is some ink cartridges. We told him we do not sell those, and he asked for our trade. He went onto our site, and emailed to us that he is also ready to buy our products.
We fell for it, believing that someone would sprung out from nowhere and ordered without any hesitation. He sent us the PO immediately and asked us to ship out by air. We get a bit suspicious and went online to check. Ha ha -- guess what we found.
We count ourselves lucky that people created a webpage to warn others about this type of scams. Have to be really careful these days. Just feel a bit sorry for the real "Mike Sidney of Alap Contractors" whose identity was stolen. Wonder if he knows.
I got an e-mail today from Richard Henes of FOBB ELECTRIC with this same phone number, asking to order pumps. I am not in the pump business but I like to check these things out anyways.
