I received several calls from this number. Upon answering, I would then here a dial then a message that the call was being recorded and then silence and then the call was disconnected. Finally after being called for the 5th time, someone answered and asked who was calling them. I replied you call me. I have no idea what weird number this is, but the person on the other end was very young and immature sounding.
