Has called me twice in the past three days.  First time, they left a 30 second silent voice message.  And I mean silent.  There was no background noise, nothing.  Second time, they called and left no message.  I called the number back and received an automated message that said, "This number is not in service.  This is a recording."  

Annoying, really.
