They called from this number 857 239-5244 but it showed up as V13108461602675. They did not leave a VM; but, when I called the number back all it did was give a busy signal. It did not ring and when I called after normal business hrs. they did not have s VM as well. Why is this number calling me? Is it a scam bc I have no issues w the law, money, Or anything for that matter and I also dork for the federal government myself. I received several calls from the fake IRS callers from India that were caught but I do not want to deal with this again. Can anyone please advise as what to do?

Same deal weird caller id info and no message left. I did not call number back from my cell phone but called from landline and it is consistent busy tone.
