Call from unknown number at suspicious time of day - HANGUP with no message left.

Spam?  Probably.  Blocking!

Call is always dead air.

Repeated calls over several weeks, sometimes more than once per day. They do not leave a voicemail and when called back you can only leave a message. Looking to report this company to the State Attorney General of Massachusetts if they can be identified.
