Calls my cell.  Only shows Massachusetts on my Caller ID.  I usually don't answer numbers I don't know but I did this time because it keeps showing up on my phone.  Person asked for Mary Skellan(?).  I told her no one by that name has this number.  She said all calls are being recorded for quality assirance.  I said "good" and asked who was calling.  She would not answer me but said it is a misdial and hung up.
