We get these calls too! Same thing on our caller ID. All I can find out is it's a Boston, MA area number. We asked our local police dept to look into it since there have been break ins in our neighborhood.
It's Card Member Services. I answered after several calls just to find out who was calling. I hung up. Now they're calling 9AM-9PM. DNC list is a waste. Been on it for 2 years both mobile and landline. Blocked number today through provider. Let's see how long it takes them to start calling using different number.
Said nothing. Looked this up on internet and it says the number is for Card Member Services, which I get at least one call a week from them - usually a robot call. It is a nuisance and harassment.
