caller listened to answering machine before hanging up.

Calls but no one there.

Have no idea how these folks continue to get a business number.  But they call and no one says a word!

Telemarketer claiming to represent an oil and gas journal. CID as Kristy Kemp, telemarketer acknowledged to be with Cascade in Seattle. Seemed genuinely unaware of false CID.

I receive calls from this number all day and when the call is answered the phone is disconnected.  Many times we are in the middle of a funeral or meeting with a bereaved family as we are small.  How do I stop these calls as they are disruptive to many people suffering a loss.
