sent a text saying that he wanted to buy my truck, but not to respond my text.  but to respond only by email.

Left email through Craig's list to text, but I looked here first as I don 't trust these types of  requests.

Yeah the guy is a fraud. He said he was going to buy my car and sent me a fake Pay Pal e-mail showing he sent part of the payment and then he instructed me to send Western Union $900 so his shipper could pick it up. Like that is going to happen. Why can't they arrest this guy is my question
