Are you expecting a call from this number? Do you know who this number belongs to? Myself, I wouldn't take the call, but if you must - hang up if it isn't someone you want to talk to. If they ask for money, threaten you, or tell you that you've won something - hang up. 100% scam. Remember that anyone who asks you for money saying that you've won a prize, lottery, gift card, etc. for ANY reason - is a crook.
