I just received the same call on my phone.  Oddly I went back to listen to it because it does not say who the call is for in our household.  Usually if a call is from a creditor, I understand anyway, they are required to announce themselves, ask for the party they are calling and then say it is a personal call or something and the information is in the collection of a debt.   Then they leave a message and a number you can actually call back.   This is a flaky bunch of swindlers and I really wish they would get caught and we would all see them plastered all over the media as the creeps they are.  Shame on them because they are going to get some elderly person on the phone and scare the tar out of them.   What kind of people enjoy jobs where they call and threaten innocent people?   Shameful and I would think illegal.
