i called it back and it said the survey is no longer valid. so I blocked their number.

It's a solicitation call thinly veiled as a survey to get around the DNC. Do not answer unknown calls and do not call them back. Calling them back will only get you more calls.

Caller left no message. Number is now blocked.

Someone at this number tried to scam me on a Craig's List purchase via text message. Tried to get me to ship the item to North Carolina for a phony PayPal payment. Consider this phone number radioactive.
