This is a scam. Do not give them any info and report the call to the IRS by going to https://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shtml
They have been calling me since last week but I blocked their number and reported it.

Told me last chance, I was being sued by IRS for money I owed. Left call back number(858-226-3758), but when you call, "all circuits are busy".
