Scam. The guy said he was calling me back about some work in my home. When I asked to explain he said we talked last year about upgrades and I asked him to call me back. That's BS. My house doesn't need upgrades. When I asked him to elaborate he hung up. I have blocked this #.
No name on my caller ID: I do not answer and assume it's a telemarketer. 866, toll free callers are the worst followed by scammers who spoof caller ID with name and phone number from the local area code; often names I can't pronounce.
