Has called 3 times in the last hour. Message doesn't say anything about being a contractor, says I owe the IRS money and they can take care of it. Caller id says California number but I live on the other side of the country. Blocked.
Just got a first call from this number. Constant annoying calls from contractors. State of California should pass a law to pull the contractor's licenses for those who repeatedly violate Do Not Call.
Just got a call from this contractor spammer. Agree with the idea above: A California contractor's license should be yanked if the contractor violates Federal Do Not Call laws. That and a good stiff $500 penalty for each violation (each phone call made by the contractor). Number is now blocked and the contractor's name is added to the Never Hire list.
