Unknown caller, unanswered. Message was garbled Hullo, Good Afternoon, repeated twice from a low male voice with a large amount of hubbub and back ground noise and chatter.  Whether a prank as above or some sort of scammy call center I don't know, but definitely not a legitimate caller.
