This company calls 3 times a day from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm; when you answer there is no human on the other end of the line responding but you can hear conversation in the background and sometimes music (obviously a call center). After 4 weeks of calls, Andrew Colson from Mortgage Outreach identified himself...said they got our name from an internet service and that we were defaulting on our mortgage and they were here to help us.
Mortgage Co. calling homeowners to see if they want to try to refiance or get see if they are able to possibly get a modification on their current rate... They say if you want not to be called again and put on the DNC list leave a message doing so.. and if you are interested in a possible program leave your info to so they can call you back..
