Most likely, Telescummers / Scumbags / Telecriminals using a spoofed number and ignoring the useless DNC list...
The DNC list is simply useless and you should NEVER answer these calls period!!!
You should also consider buying a phone blocker which will block area codes and will eliminate most of these junk calls.
