Today (18/12/12) at 08:29am, I received a call from this number +18583867692.
I let it ring on until the caller quit. At 08:40am, I tried to call it back but it went into some sort of automated answering device.

I dropped the call and did nothing afterwards. Who could it be from? A scam?

Even i got a WhatsApp msg from +1(858)386-1146.

I received a  call from this number +185 838 67692, I did not listen to it.  Who is this person
