Callers never leave a message! Started getting these calls after responding to the State of West Virginia for Insurance special rates for seniors. One man came from Virginia, 30 miles or so away, rang the door bell. I was in the bathroom so didn't get to the door. Once I did I found a sticky note upon which he wrote FedX with the no message call phone number.
