With so much fraud and personal information being manipulated people/companies try to make a living of calling folks randomly and impose their agenda's upon us. The heavily accented voice first said "I'm not selling anything". I responded "good, cause I'm not buying and you're reported for harrassment. This was my 2nd call in two weeks.

My parents got a call from this same # on 11/11/08. They asked for me (their daughter) by my maiden name. I haven't gone by that name in 10+ years. My parents asked 2x's what the wanted and the caller didn't respond and hung up on them. Smells like a scam!
Our answering machine takes over; no message is ever left, just dial tone. This "research center" has called every day (even on Sunday evening) for the last five or so days.
