Our compensation plan includes:
• A base salary, plus commission, plus an earned bonus. . .targeted to total $55-$75,000 for solid performance; a 6 figure income for stars is feasible and reasonable
• All positions are full time W2 positions with base salaries; there are no 1099's here
• Benefits will be earned after 90 days employment
Our firm is headquartered in La Jolla Village (92037) in a Class A building and location, only a few blocks from the ocean and near high end shops and restaurants.
