i got a PRIVATE call on my cell fone, the guy said: THIS IS DAVID ALLEN WITH LEGEL SERVICES IN REGARD TO A COMPLAINT FILED AGANST r b t. with file number 246 ---- to call back number: 949 629 4516. i called back told them i dont know who they r lookin for but it aint me, they gave me a bunch of mumbo-jombo. i told the scum to f--- off and not to call me anymore or i will file a formall complaint. SCAMMERS- LOWLIFES- EAT SH T AND BARK AT THE MOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!
received call from a Ms Stevens stating there was a complaint filed against me that was forwarded down to her office, I needed to call the issuing agent for further info and gave the phone number of 858-433-5251 and a case number. 2 minutes later she called again and left same message BUT with a DIFFERENT number to call back - 949-629-4516. I called the 858 number and it was answered after 5 rings with a live voice saying "legal services" I asked for company name he said do you have a case number and I stated yes but I will not discuss anything until you tell me who you are. He responded with "get your lawyer to do your work [***], I'm not going to do it". Complaint filed

I believe their are privacy laws you neglect to follow. Get a real job and stop harassing the elderly and disabled people. I reported this to police. You need to stop the nonsense. He said he worked for Greenberg Associates but I called that company and they don't know this person.
Some weirdo calling me up asking me questions about a debt. I have no idea how he got my cell phone number but he could have been some whack job. He would not identify himself or where he was calling from.
I don't owe any bills, so no idea why he's calling my cell. I think he did say his name was John but how many Johns are out there. Hope this guy isn't a stalker. Weirdo!
