They claim to be updating Google listings - THEY ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH GOOGLE AND PRESSING ANY NUMBER TO BE REMOVED WON'T WORK. They will simply change phone numbers to another number that does not work when you try calling it back AND your number will get sold to other scamming scumbags.
Rec'd junk call from 858-477-0066 - [4:12pm] - did not answer, no msg left. Reverse Lookup provided no info other than spoofed call, unassigned from San Diego, CA area. More relentless dirtbags hiding under some rock.
Never ever answer dirtbags of this ilk. Since they don't want to unveil who they are, no need to provide them any info. Otherwise answer it with "A.T.F., Sgt. Smith, what is the nature of your call?" That seems to stun them and seems to work.
I have hit the number 9 to be removed. I receive at least 3 calls per week from this number. It says they are with google and want to update our google listing. Make these calls stop. We are on the do not call list.
