This is one of a dozen 858 area code numbers that have been calling my cell for over a year.  This usually happens about 8-10 times at the end of the month and/or at the beginning of the month.  No one is there, just a humming sound an occasional "beep".  This started happening after vacationing in CA in March of 2008.
