Recently I've been getting several calls from this outfit, and they never leave any message. My Caller ID shows "B.E.S.T. CO" and the phone number. I know the area code is in San Diego CA.
I got a call from this pest offering free carpet cleaning and addressing me by name. When I told her I was on the do-not-call list and where did she get my name, she hung up. I found all sorts of stuff about them including this excellent set of messages by googling. The number that called me was 858-565-2194.

I strongly suggest that anyone bothered by these scums report them to both the national do not call registry and the FCC:
These jerks should be easy pickings for the feds because they are so blatant and list their phone number. Last I heard, the fine is $11,000 for EACH PERSON CALLED who's on the do not call list.
Problem is, a lot of unsolicited calls have a blank caller ID field. That's illegal but what do you do about it? I don't even know if there is a decent forum on which to discuss it.
