This outfit tries to get people to switch their credit card processing company.  The call came into the business answering machine at 10:35 PM on Christmas Eve.  (BRILLIANT, FOLKS!)  The canned message is from "Mark at North American Bancard" giving a pre-recorded spiel about switching credit card processors, blah blah blah...  This outfit is relentless, and seems oblivious to the fact that pre-recorded canned messages are ILLEGAL in North Dakota.
