I too received calls from this San Diego CA number every single day for the last month - many days 2 and 3 times a day - getting into voice mail, but never leaving a message. Finally last night I got someone to pick up the phone and he was rude, abusive and then hung up on me - so I called back and asked to be removed from the call list and that the phone call was being taped, because it was.
He was totally different, but still a kid from the hood of California, could barely speak the english language without hood-slurs, and ax instead of asked.
