Received unauthorized text. I am on the Do Not Call registry, which apparently means nothing when it comes to text.

This number sent me a text message saying: " Dear homeowner, if you are struggling to make your mortgage payment or have recent hardship, a modification can help. Would you like to learn more about this?"
This is a second text to my cell phone. Both send well after 10PM. Unacceptable. Since when is spam through text messages legal and who pays the bill?
When I called the number to tell them to stop, the voice mail message had announced that I have reached (you ready for this) "TOTAL SCAM".

Just received same text as the Dear Homeowner at 1:25 on Dec. 9th
