Are you sure they are not a solar referral company? Did you actually talk to him about what CEA is? Makes a big difference. I found a website for CEA and it sounds like a non profit but I cant imagine what they'd be calling for if it wasn't to send out some solar company
Caller ID shows: Del Mar, CA 858-703-4628
Solar Telescammers / Criminals / Scumbags using a spoofed number, and ignoring the worthless DNC list...All you can do is keep blocking the area codes these turds call from.
BEWARE: These people are criminals who will try to get your personal information and steal your identity.
The DNC list is simply useless and you should NEVER answer these calls period!!!
You should also consider buying a phone blocking device which will block area codes and will eliminate most of these junk calls.
Another Solar caller! I think they are somehow switch/connecting, as I hear a lull prior to them talking This number called at 10am and I had another call at 8 from 619- 880-5398....... Both SOLAR companies...and we already have a full roof of solar panels !
Caller was Mike from CEA (Clean Energy Alliance); mentioned local electric utility (SDG&E) and high electric bills; classified as non-profit, so NOT subject to federal DO NOT CALL list
