Most likely: Telescammers / Telecriminals / Scumbags using a spoofed number, and ignoring the worthless DNC list...All you can do is keep blocking the area codes these turds call from.
BEWARE: These people are crooks who will try to get your personal information and steal your identity.
The DNC list is simply useless and you should NEVER answer these calls period!!!
You should also consider buying a phone blocking device which will block area codes and will eliminate most of these junk calls.

Multiple posts by that ID, stating the DNC List is "useless" or
worthless" ... but ignores all the posts containing information to the contrary.
It seems the troll cannot grasp the concept that the DNC list IS effective, and is designed to stop calls from legitimate telemarketers. Just think, if the DNC list did not exist, BOTH legitimate and scam "telemarketers" would be calling!
However, its suggestion to use a call blocker is not a bad one!
