who ever is calling from 858 715- 4400 is not a cox rep like u people say they are, because if they where from cox the would leave a message on someones answering machine.
I received a call like this. I was having no problems with cable, phone or internet. After the caller made the service appointment, I called Cox's main north county line and spoke to technical support. He verified that I did have a service call scheduled and that the field service reps phone numbers are not usually recognizable.
