Square Enix (SE) is the major label behind the Final fantasy brand of computer and console games. The number is NOT a toll free number but rather a number for San Diego County, California. Final Fantasy 11 and 13 are both subscription based games and require a monthly subscription behind the price to buy the game itself. To answer one of the questions above, yes, they are a MAJOR company and placing a call to them usually results in a 20-30 minute wait on average. If your credit/debit card is being fraduently used then this is an issue that only your bank can resolve and calling them will not... let me stress this... WILL NOT... rectify the issue. I'm sorry to say, but chances are that you're a victim of credit card fraud and SE was simply what the defrauder used to get a service with your money. Call your bank and get this sorted out there, you'll have a hell of a lot better success than calling SE. Besides, once SE receives the charge back or fraud alert for your card, whatever account was made using it is automatically shut down.
Just google it

Is this a toll free number? Can't find any website that tells me if it is or not. Some A**hole fraudulently used my debit card number to play this stupid online game. Now I have to make all these long distance phone calls to straighten it out, & fill out paperwork @ the bank. I shouldn't have to pay to call these people since I am the victim.
This one used my account number also for online gaming for square enix. I think the authorities should do something about it, since this has happened twice already.
Yep me too, luckily my bank phoned me to question the payments, but some sad little f***er has tried to use my credit card! Something should be done about this!
