Who called from 8588318850

Keeps calling when I answer I only get like a beep tone. I call  back and it says you have reached phone that has been disconnected or that is no longer in service if u feel this is and error please try your call again verizon wirless msg 62. But I promise I got 5 or 6 times they called back who is this person??

except I am not willing to call them back.
There should be a way to have the phone company contact them to say stop the fax

we constantly get calls from this number which sounds to be a fax

Repeated calls after 9pm(EST). Always get busy tone on call back. Doesn't appear to be FAX machine or service. Actual number could be masked.

They keep faxing me over & over again & again - Using Redial....
I even faxed them " STOP FAXING ME " It did not stop the harassment.
Don't understand the reason behind it.
