This position is responsible for engaging our customers and communicating information about Pacific Homeworks products. Our associates manage our quality leads that are generated through our various marketing programs and customer inquiries. We interact with customers in a strategic manner. Our associates use a consultative approach to best service prospective customers, and performance is evaluated by several factors. Our primary focus is building our pipeline and scheduling appointments. Our associates are responsible for managing their time, properly servicing our customers, and guiding customers to scheduling the next available consolation.
Duties
• Identity, develop, and qualify residential sales opportunities through various methods including cold calling, callback, contact discovery, and lead qualification activities
• Develop and culture relationships with our team in marking, production, and sales.
• Facilitate communication between the departments in support of business growth.
• Train and maintain knowledge of Pacific Homeworks products and services
• Our associates are accountable for meeting with assigned teams and personal goals in order to identify ways to increase results.
• Must be able to communicate efficiently
Requirements
• 1 year sales experience preferred
• Demonstrate track record of success
• Strong prospecting skills
• Ability to react and maintain positive attitude
• Self- motivated
• Must be a go-getter
