Its a college, that got hold of your information(probably from something you filled out online or at school) and wants to talk to you about furthuring your education at their school. They will just keep calling till they get a hold of you...it can be pretty annoying.They sometimes leave a voicemail or send you an email but not usually. Hope this Helps.
