called my cell phone.  Recording saying it was Bank of America and my debit card had been locked.  Press 1 to connect to the Fraud Department.  I don't have a Bank of American account, but I pressed 1 just to see what would happen.  Another recording asking me to enter my card number and pin.  I just hung up.
