IDer says:  XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXCA.  Obviously didn't answer and no message.  Dialed back and got: "You call cannot be completed as dialed...Blocked.

CallerID: XXXXXXXXXX CA; it was a recorded message about the utility companies changing their policies on solar energy and offering a FREE solar system; press 1 to learn more; if you do NOT press 1, then the call eventually terminates automatically.

The solar Telespammers / Scumbags / Criminals are using another spoofed number and ignoring the worthless DNC list...
The DNC list is simply useless and you should NEVER answer these calls period!!!
You should also consider buying a phone blocking device which will eliminate 90% of these junk calls.

While I agree with you on the call blocker device or phone.. your dishing the DNC as being useless I absolutely do not agree with you at all on it!  You should already know that it is not a call blocker and that legal business does indeed use it and abide by it or they get fined. You should also know by now that illegal callers, criminals, frauds and scammer,the foreign country extortionists and US extortionist criminals do not and simply are not going to obey any laws.

Stop spreading this old myth it does help anyone but the criminals..
