I have the same message with (CLOTHES+ACC) and the phone number was 718-618-5352.
It definitely sounds like a scam, because I have all of the pictures posted, so they shouldn't need them sent in an email.

Thank you for putting this online, or I would have wondered too.
It stinks that they get your hopes up that you're going to sell it.
I'm tempted to e-mail her and tell them they are a low-life and to get a real job instead of preying on other people.
I've replied to other scams before, and they respond legitimately (after a few hours or days), but when i call them out as a scam they never respond after.

Good luck selling your computer, just don't sell it to this scam!!
